SAS Base and SAS clinical trial certified programmer with around 8 years of experience in performing SAS/statistical programming for clinical trials on Windows and UNIX platforms in Phases I-III in pharmaceutical/CRO environment.
Proven to successfully lead projects and support junior-level programmers to project completion.
Experience in SAS/Base, SAS/Macros, SAS/SQL, SAS/Graph, SAS/Stat, SAS/ODS.
Experience in CDISC standards and Models such as Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM 3.1.1/3.1.2/3.1.2A/3.1.3/3.2 IG), CDISC Therapeutic area standards and Analysis Dataset Model (ADAM 2.0/2.1), Controlled terminology, Define.xml, reviewer’s guide (SDRG, ADRG) and CRTs.
Experience in guiding the global teams in SDTM mapping related questions and addressing the questions/issues related to internal SDTM tools.
Expertise in Pinnacle 21 SDTM/ADaM/Define-XML validation rules and working experience in global initiative in documenting “next steps to consider” while addressing Pinnacle 21 Errors/Warnings.
Considerable experience with the preparation of SAS datasets and generation of ad-hoc reports, tables, listings and graphs according to the guidelines laid down in Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specs.
