Structured steel and concrete, external skin curtain wall, storefront, EIFS, metal panels, brick, deck structure, Remodeling, interior demolition, seismic upgrades, constructing concrete cistern and pump house below grade, tenant/interior finishes, site improvements, post-tension parking structure, landscaping project including brick paving, tree promenade, great lawn, and a galvanized tube steel bridge

 

Preconstruction Lead

$9,000,000 - 108,000 sf

Five story Office Building and 5 ½ story Parking Structure.

Responsible for preparing preliminary cost estimates, value engineering and bidding the project. Duties included Project Management on an interim basis, including scheduling, preparing subcontracts, and subcontractor relations.

 

Estimator/Project Manager

$5,500,000 to $23,000,000

Three to Five Story, up to 150,000 sf/158 rooms

Fast-track structural steel and concrete hotel, office building

Responsible for all phases of the project including conceptual and preliminary estimates, bidding, subcontracting, scheduling, and owner relations. A structural steel/concrete frame was clad with grey and black granite, curtain wall, and alucobond panels. The interior consisted of full height doors, stone flooring, wood paneling, and carpet. The executive offices are custom designed and constructed using Makore wood. The exterior has a 150-person pavilion, reflecting pool, stream, and gardens.

 

Assistant Project Manager

120,000-147,000 sf  

3-4 story, Office Building/HQ

Responsible for reviewing and tracking submittals, distribution of revised drawings, RFI’s and miscellaneous tasks as required by the PM.

 

Design/Resident Engineer and Design Draftsman
