We are seeking an Application & System Coordinator to join our residential construction and development team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining company software systems, including construction management platforms and internal applications. You'll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with various departments to ensure seamless system integration and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the functionality and optimization of software systems (e.g., project management, procurement, and accounting platforms).
- Provide end-user support and training on company applications.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement software updates and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in system administration or application support.
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., AS400, Homebuilder, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple teams.
