We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on high-caliber construction projects throughout the Salt Lake City region. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure that all aspects of the construction process are executed with precision, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily on-site operations

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards

• Support scheduling and logistics to maintain efficient workflows and timely project completion

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and execution

• Conduct site inspections and proactively identify potential issues or delays

• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and field records

• Uphold and model the company's commitment to safety, excellence, and professionalism on the jobsite

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or multi-family construction, preferably in a supervisory or field leadership role

• Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project documentation

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans

• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
