Are you a sharp, inquisitive thinker who thrives on solving real-world engineering challenges? We’re looking for a Civil Project Engineer who brings both technical strength and natural curiosity to every project — someone who doesn’t just follow plans but improves them, questions assumptions, and builds smarter, stronger solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning, design, and execution of civil construction projects from start to finish.

  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure precision, safety, and quality in every phase.

  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify opportunities for optimization and value engineering.

  • Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting to keep projects efficient and transparent.

  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and testing to ensure work aligns with project standards and client expectations.

  • Solve technical problems with confidence, creativity, and an engineer’s eye for detail.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (EIT preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in civil or construction project engineering.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and design principles.

  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and technical documentation with precision.

  • Excellent communication skills — both written and spoken — to bridge the gap between design and field execution.

  • A curious mindset that drives you to ask “why” and discover better ways of doing things.

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of a driven, collaborative team that values both expertise and imagination. Every project is a chance to learn something new, contribute meaningfully, and strengthen the infrastructure that shapes our communities.
