As a Client Services Officer, you'll be the backbone of our client relationship efforts, playing a pivotal role in delivering top-tier service and supporting our advisors. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping clients achieve their financial goals. What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Client Champion: Capture and analyze client data, assist in preparing personalized financial plans, process transactions and trades, and handle a variety of key practice management tasks to ensure clients receive the best service possible.
  • Provide Essential Support: Step in to support the branch with administrative and reception duties, keeping operations running smoothly.
  • Work Closely with Advisors: Assist advisors by preparing financial plans, conducting in-depth investment research, and processing trades and transactions to meet client needs.
  • Be the Meeting Maestro: Schedule and confirm client meetings, enter data into the contact manager, create meeting agendas and summaries, and provide exceptional follow-up to keep everything on track.
  • Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Prepare and submit new business paperwork, ensuring everything is in order—from gathering signatures to coordinating insurance applications and rollovers.
  • Coordinate Exciting Events: Help plan and execute marketing events, ensuring compliance and handling event-related reimbursements.
  • Handle Routine Tasks with Precision: Answer the advisor’s phone, process expense reports, prepare client communications, maintain client files, and manage business correspondence—all with attention to detail and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Associate’s degree (2-year) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant client service experience in a fast-paced, professional setting.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
    • Strong analytical, math, and attention-to-detail skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues at all levels.
    • Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
    • Proficient with computers and software applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
