Key Position Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and oversight of Project management & estimating.
- Review & oversight of project financial forecasts (including major changes).
- Lead project teams to ensure they are trained and mentored to be organized, team focused and on supporting agreed to project goals & objectives.
- Participate as a member of senior leadership team and associated strategy development & portfolio management of company growth and succession.
- Develop & implement controls for project management throughout company (i.e., scheduling (development/maintenance), safety and quality controls, procurement (buy out), cost controls, contract administration, change management, owner relations etc.).
- Collaborate with CEO and Estimating manager on bidding opportunities and bid reviews.
- Ensure proper personnel and equipment are aligned and available for opportunities relating to timing and efficiency of resources.
- Working knowledge and understanding of plans, specifications & contracts.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills working with owners, JV partners, engineers, vendors, subs, and suppliers.
- Work with Project Management teams to resolve conflicts with owners, GC’s, vendors, subs, etc.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training & development of key talent for project teams for future growth, expansion & diversification.

Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Construction & Project Management (Preferred)
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Preferred)
