Responsibilities

• Our Paving Superintendent is responsible for Planning, Directing and Coordinating the necessary actions to ensure the Team and Client objectives are safe, compliant, on budget and timely.
• Excellent Communication to our GM in updates on existing projects and the bidding and day to day operations
• Ensure a safe working environment and all compliance policies.
• Overall Project Review determining Time, Budget, Process & Procedures with Staffing
• Provide Work Plan and manpower needed duties, responsibilities, and authorities.
• Priority Management with the Team on consistent safety, timeliness, and communication
• Review project reports with Leadership & associated teams
• Manage Crew and Attendance in accordance with scope and plans.
• Cooperate and set standard of excellent attitude including initiative throughout
• Flexible scheduling consistent with each Project and industry needs

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 Year Experience is required for this specific role.
• We prefer 4 or more with consistent positive feedback in the field.
• Safe and clean backgrounds in driving, worksite, and drug/alcohol
• Must have the language, demeanor, and confident experience from inception to fulfillment on paving bids, sites, jobs, equipment and personnel.
