Responsibilities:

• Be the driving force behind project delivery, actively stepping in to offer support where needed and solving problems with confidence.
• Own the change management process: Ensure all changes are approved, funded, and adhere to top-notch configuration control standards.
• Tackle project risks, dependencies, and challenges head-on—anticipating issues before they arise and guiding the team to solutions.
• Keep everyone in the loop! Ensure the client and team are always up-to-date on project status, risks, and potential hurdles.
• Own your deadlines and empower your team to meet theirs. Make sure everyone has the tools and resources they need to succeed.
• Manage priorities in an ever-evolving environment—working closely with the Account Lead, Program Manager, and Technical Director to keep everything on track.
• Lead dynamic status meetings, milestone reviews, and engaging work-in-progress demos—ensuring clients feel confident in the direction of the project.
• Be the go-to expert on both the business and technical aspects of the project—helping navigate the scope, schedule, and budget while confidently answering any questions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A proven track record in project management—you're comfortable identifying issues, managing risks, and developing detailed work plans and resource allocations.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adjust to fast-paced changes, all while keeping a cool head.
• Excellent communication skills—whether you're explaining complex technical details or presenting updates to clients, you can do it with ease.
