What You'll Be Doing:

• Navigate Change with Ease: Ensure all changes are properly approved, funded, and managed within configuration control processes.
• Champion Communication: Keep the team and clients informed about the status, risks, and challenges of the project at every stage.
• Resolve and Mitigate: Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks, and collaborate with the team to resolve them before they become an issue.
• Own the Deadline: Manage your time, meet your goals, and empower your team to do the same.
• Work Smarter, Not Harder: Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with our Account Lead, Program Manager, and Technical Director.
• Engage the Client: Lead status meetings, milestone reviews, and work-in-progress demos with confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Be the Expert: Be fluent in both business and technical aspects of our loyalty platform, so you can answer any question that comes your way.

What We’re Looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) to kickstart your journey.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology – from identifying issues and managing risks, to developing detailed work plans and leading team meetings.
• Multitasking skills that would make a juggler jealous! You can manage multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat.
