What You’ll Do:

• Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.

• Develop schedules, budgets, and project plans — and drive them across the finish line.

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subs, and suppliers to keep everyone moving forward.

• Manage teams with clear communication, strong leadership, and a proactive mindset.

• Problem-solve in real time — spotting issues before they become delays.

• Ensure quality control and enforce top safety standards on every site.

• Track financials like a hawk, ensuring profitability and efficiency.

What You Bring:

• 3–7+ years of experience managing construction projects ($1M+).

• A deep understanding of commercial, multi-family, or industrial construction (bonus points if you’ve worn a toolbelt yourself).

• Expert-level skills in scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.

• Confidence using construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar).

• Leadership that inspires crews to perform at their best.

• A can-do attitude with the resilience to adapt, pivot, and win under pressure.
