Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s business objectives and ensure alignment within the team.
• Actively support project delivery by addressing needs and removing roadblocks.
• Manage project changes, ensuring they are approved, funded, and adhere to configuration control procedures.
• Identify, resolve, or mitigate ambiguities, project dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Provide consistent updates to the client and team regarding project status, risks, and challenges.
• Meet deadlines and ensure the team has the resources and information necessary to meet theirs.
• Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in collaboration with the Account Lead, Program Manager, and Technical Director.
• Prepare and confidently lead status meetings, milestone reviews, and work-in-progress demos for the client.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of both business and technical aspects of the loyalty platform, including scope, schedule, and budget, to address questions and concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, including issue resolution, risk management, detailed work planning, resource allocation, and team coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
