The scheduler will be instrumental in integrating best practices and project deliverables while interfacing with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Contractors to monitor and update schedule and cost resources

Responsibilities

• The scheduler collects and analyzes information used to plan and schedule construction projects
• Generates forecasts, variance reports, and other documentations used to monitor and manage projects
• Develop schedules for bid proposals
• Develop schedules during pre-construction phase
• Bring scheduling expertise, checks & balances to the project leadership teams
• Provide company standardization in planning and scheduling practices, involving providing training to project leadership team
• Work on large and small projects

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will possess 4 years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably in commercial construction projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Develop and maintain program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for various programs
• Project scheduling: 6 years (Required)
