Responsibilities
- Call on prospective and existing high net worth clients to develop new business.
- Maintain a client book of business.
- Execute an ongoing proactive client contact strategy utilizing CRM tool.
- Take active or leadership role in community, civic, and/or charitable organizations, and events.
- Actively participate with wealth team in development of key customer plans & reviews
- Develop relationships with COI's (i.e. realtors, attorneys, financial advisors, accountants) that will generate business opportunities.
- Participation and attendance at meetings and functions as assigned.
- Engage with clients through company sponsored activities and events.
- Meet individual/team performance and operational goals Act as mentor to peers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- You have a college degree or 7 years’ experience in direct financial sales.
- You have 10 years of wealth management/private banking experience in the financial services industry.
- You possess a valid drivers' license and have independent transportation.
- You are able to obtain an NMLS registration within 90 days.
- You demonstrate strong presentations skills, including being an excellent listener and the ability to make direct sales presentations.
- You demonstrate willingness to maintain Series 65 and Life licenses.
- You demonstrate extensive knowledge of Trust & Bank products & services (i.e.
- Investments, Insurance, Brokerage, Private Banking, & Retirement Planning)
- You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- You demonstrate general office skills, including use of phone, computer, fax, and other office equipment.
- You demonstrate proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- You demonstrate the ability to address customer concerns positively, tactfully, and diplomatically, and must present self very professionally and courteously at all times.
- You demonstrate the ability to work with all clients & prospects of varied backgrounds & experiences.
- You demonstrate a high level of energy & drive, ability to self-start, enthusiasm, with a motivation to be highly successful in a relationship selling environment.
