Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install equipment and related components.
• Diagnosis, repair, and customer service.
• Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, rooftop and package units , split systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, server room AC equipment, BAS controls, fan coils, condensers, air compressors, pumps, exhaust fans, variable frequency drives, variable refrigerant flow, and humidifiers
• Managing a team

Qualifications

• All tools necessary to perform job other than personal hand tools
• Must have an EPA card and a valid driver s license
• Must be team player with a positive can-do attitude
