Build Bigger. Lead Stronger. Deliver Excellence.

We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead multi-family construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a senior-level field leadership role where you won’t just manage the jobsite—you’ll orchestrate it like a precision-built system, ensuring every phase runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

From the first shovel in the ground to the final walkthrough, you’ll be the driving force behind execution, quality, and team performance. You’ll mentor field teams, coordinate seamlessly with trade partners, and solve challenges before they ever slow momentum.

???? What You Bring

  • 15–20+ years of construction experience with progressive Superintendent responsibility
  • Proven success as a Lead Superintendent on large-scale, multi-family projects
  • Deep knowledge of building codes, permitting, and multi-family construction methods
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore
  • Strong leadership instincts with clear communication and organizational precision
  • OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and Competent Person certifications

???? What You’ll Do

  • Champion and enforce a proactive safety culture across all jobsite activities
  • Oversee quality control, inspections, mock-ups, punch lists, and as-built documentation
  • Develop and manage project schedules, critical paths, and look-ahead planning
  • Direct labor, materials, budgets, and self-perform work with a steady hand
  • Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and BIM processes to keep workflows tight and efficient
  • Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff into high-performing leaders

???? Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $145,000 – $155,000 (DOE)
  • Gas card for work-related fuel
  • Annual profit sharing
  • 401(k) plan (no employer match)
  • Flexible work week (often 4 days depending on project needs)
  • 130 hours PTO at hire
  • Comprehensive health benefits

This role is built for a leader who thrives in the field—someone who sees complexity as a challenge worth mastering and takes pride in delivering projects that stand tall long after completion.

If you’re ready to take full ownership of field operations and run projects with clarity, control, and confidence, let’s build something exceptional.
