Are you a seasoned credit professional with a sharp analytical mind, an instinct for strategic decision-making, and a genuine passion for building strong client and team relationships? We are seeking an SVP Credit Manager to lead and elevate our credit operations, ensuring prudent risk management while fostering trust and collaboration across the organization.

What You’ll Do
As SVP Credit Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our credit strategy, balancing analytical rigor with relationship stewardship. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing credit team, cultivating a culture of accountability, insight, and collaboration.

  • Overseeing complex credit assessments, ensuring that risk evaluations are thorough, accurate, and aligned with company objectives.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to support growth and financial stability.

  • Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and best practices that optimize risk management.

  • Monitoring portfolio performance, identifying trends, and proactively addressing potential credit issues before they escalate.

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to business units, providing strategic guidance on credit decisions, risk mitigation, and growth opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in credit management, preferably at a senior or executive level, with a strong track record of success in managing large, complex portfolios.

  • Exceptional analytical, financial, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and act on complex credit data.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of influencing, negotiating, and guiding stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

  • Proven leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in credit management.
