ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
- Manage the budget to ensure that deposit goals are met, achieve loan goals, and achieve net income results.
- Ensure that all established Bank personnel policies and procedures are followed properly. Ensure timely implementation of performance reviews and salary increases.
- Ensure that all Bank operating and lending policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
- Manage the sales and service efforts to ensure retention of existing relationships and growth of new relationships. Ensure that customer service levels are value added.
- Ensure that all Bank audit procedures are properly implemented and followed.
- Ensure that the Bank's CRA policies and objectives are adhered to.
- Commitment to teamwork and a focus on delivering “The Citizens Experience.”
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
College Degree or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
