What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Impact: Help manage and optimize the budget to hit our deposit, loan, and net income targets—your strategic insights will be key to our success.
• Create Connections: Leverage cold calling, personal networking, and engaging with local businesses and events to develop strong new loan and deposit relationships.
• Ensure Excellence: Work closely with our team to ensure all Bank audit procedures are meticulously followed, ensuring compliance at every step.
• Drive Growth: Lead efforts in both sales and service to retain existing relationships and bring in new clients, propelling our growth.
• Champion of the Deal: Request key financial information for loan applications, analyze applicants' financial situations, and negotiate credit structures with precision.
• Approval & Accuracy: Present credit proposals for approval, ensuring that all loan agreements align with policy and are detailed and accurate.
• Analyze Opportunities: Dive into market trends to uncover new prospects for loans and deposits, helping to expand our portfolio.
• Monitor Success: Keep a close eye on borrowers' financial conditions and ensure compliance with loan covenants, keeping everything on track.
• Maintain & Grow: Take care of existing portfolios while managing delinquencies and minimizing classified loans.
• Be the Face of the Bank: Represent the bank at local civic and industry functions, showcasing our commitment to the community.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Leader with Experience: A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience. You know what it takes to build strong, lasting relationships in the banking world.
• A Numbers Pro: Ability to crunch numbers, from interest rates to commissions, and apply basic algebra and geometry to drive decisions.
