Project Manager      Aug. 2015 – Current

  • Assist project director and preconstruction manager in development of program level ventures including review and approve all deliverables; estimate, GCs, GRs, schedule, risk factors, logistics, contract terms, fee opportunities, labor
  • Mentor project team members in understanding, acclimating to, and performing in a campus level program
  • Actively assess risk and implement strategies to avoid or mitigate risks in terms of quality, safety, and budget from project development through execution
  • Effectively lead preconstruction and buyout process through 30/60/90 design review, bid manual preparation, bidding, bid evaluation and recap, subcontractor selection, and subcontract issuance
  • Ensure accurate procurement tracking to support project schedule and ensure implementation of all processes on project according to current company policy
  • Actively support Superintendent in implementing and maintaining a safety culture on site.
  • Lead team in designing and facilitating the project execution plan in alignment with client expectations
  • Assist project director in interviewing and hiring qualified personnel including project manager, superintendent, project engineer, and project assistant level positions
  • Prepare and prosecute subcontracts to ensure alignment with project documents, specifications, safety standards and project execution plan
