Responsibilities

• Managing projects from the award stage to completion.
• Prepare submittals, RFI’s, owner manuals, etc.….
• Price and manage change order requests.
• Coordination with owner, engineers, general and sub-contractors.
• Project Quality control.
• Estimating electrical projects ranging from $1,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 using Viewpoint estimation software.

Qualifications

• Business or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Construction industry experience.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects to completion simultaneously.
• 1-5 years of project management experience preferred.
• High computer literacy.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint estimation software (training will be provided if needed).
