Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager
Location: Bluffdale, UT
Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 annually, DOE
The Role
This role sits at the nerve center of the project, where planning meets the field and safety is never an afterthought. As an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager, you help drive projects forward with discipline, clarity, and a firm commitment to sending every worker home safe, every day. You are organized, decisive, and respected because you lead with preparation and accountability.

Safety is not a box to check here. It is the standard. You actively support site safety programs, participate in safety meetings, reinforce best practices, and stop work when conditions are unsafe. You help create a culture where people look out for one another and quality work starts with a safe jobsite.
Key Responsibilities

Support or lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout

Enforce project safety plans, participate in audits, and promote a zero-incident mindset

Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain safe, efficient workflows

Track schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with accuracy and urgency

Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting to protect project margins

Communicate clearly with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams

Maintain organized project documentation and reporting

Help resolve field issues quickly while keeping safety, quality, and schedule aligned
Qualifications

2 to 6+ years of experience in construction project management or assistant project management

Strong working knowledge of construction means and methods

Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and OSHA standards

Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing control of details

Confident communicator who earns trust in the field and the office

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
