Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the efforts of multiple trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct project inspections, maintain daily reports, and document progress.
• Assist in creating and monitoring project schedules, addressing delays promptly.
• Liaise with City officials to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Review project punch lists and oversee completion across all disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, including carpentry (single- or multi-family housing experience preferred).
• College education in a relevant field is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices, including technology, equipment, safety, and methods.
• Familiarity with the local market is preferred.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams and foster solid client relationships.
• Proven ability to identify, investigate, and resolve project issues with practical solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email.
