Build More Than Projects. Build Momentum.

Some people watch skylines evolve. Others help create them.

We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager who thrives in the organized chaos of construction, where schedules shift like tectonic plates, budgets behave like living organisms, and every successful project feels like a perfectly timed launch sequence. If you’re energized by collaboration, problem-solving, and turning blueprints into reality, this opportunity puts you directly in the engine room of high-impact construction projects across Wyoming and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow fast, learn deeply, and become a cornerstone of project execution. You won’t be parked in a cubicle counting paperclips while the field does the exciting work. You’ll be involved in the heartbeat of operations, partnering with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to help projects move from concept to concrete.

In short: you help keep the train on the rails while it’s moving at full speed through a snowstorm with a trailer full of deadlines. ????

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of commercial construction projects
  • Track budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and field teams
  • Help maintain project timelines and proactively identify potential roadblocks before they become five-alarm fires
  • Participate in project meetings and provide detailed follow-up and reporting
  • Support procurement efforts and material tracking
  • Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment across teams
  • Help drive quality control and safety compliance throughout all project phases
  • Keep project information organized, updated, and flowing like a well-oiled machine

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of construction experience preferred, ideally in project coordination or project engineering
  • Understanding of commercial construction processes and documentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask without losing sight of the details hiding in the weeds
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms is a major plus
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to ask questions, solve problems, and keep things moving

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Competitive compensation with strong growth potential
  • Exposure to meaningful, large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Leadership team that values mentorship and career development
  • Collaborative culture where your voice actually matters
  • Opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role over time
  • Stable pipeline of work in a steadily growing market
  • Team environment built on accountability, trust, and getting things done right the first time

The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here

You’re organized without being rigid. Driven without needing constant supervision. You can jump from spreadsheets to site walks to subcontractor calls without your brain short-circuiting like a breaker box in a rainstorm.

You enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a project rise from dirt lot to finished structure and knowing your fingerprints are all over the process.

If that sounds like your lane, this could be your next big build.
