Summary/Objective

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You will work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. Brand managers are the people who shape a company’s outward image. If you are creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, we would like to meet you. You will help us improve our company’s reputation and drive growth.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Create, deliver, and drive brand strategy across marketing initiatives, campaigns and announcements.
  • Build awareness, equity, preference, and credibility for the brands and develop the capabilities to manage and measure that over time.
  • Support cross functional teams in representing the brands in a consistent and strategically aligned manner.
  • Develop brand engagement strategies that reflect the vision for each of the brands that result in integrated marketing executions.
  • Execute innovative marketing strategies, including go-to-market strategies, brand management, positioning, key messaging, advertising/media, trade events, web, social media and development of sales collateral for retail and wholesale channels.
  • Oversee the development, execution, and communication of long-range and seasonal omni-channel marketing strategies across all product lines.
  • Grow the brand presence by bringing in an evolutionary, disruptive mindset to create a standout customer experience against its competitors.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice in the execution of all social media activities
  • Stay abreast of all digital marketing mediums that drive brand relevance, increase brand awareness, maximize traffic, conversion, and omni-channel engagement.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand centric companies that create emotional connections with their customers.
  • Experience with and passion for mission driven brands.
  • Knowledge and experience with a wide range of marketing functions: traditional/advertising, digital/social, experiential, shopper/retail.
  • Successful communicator who possesses superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Exceptional intellect: a combination of mental flexibility, analytical skills, creativity, conceptual ability, and judgment: someone who deals effectively with strategic issues as well as the detailed tactical activity involved in evolving a marketing practice.
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills to successfully implement strategic initiatives from initial idea through execution.
  • Cannabis experience preferred: someone who is future-oriented and has knowledge of the ever-changing cannabis market.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

  • Weekend availability

  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 3 years (Preferred)
  • progressive experience in brand centric companies: 5 years (Preferred)
