What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with potential and current clients across the multi-family construction landscape.

  • Identify new project opportunities, qualify leads, and drive deal flow from initial contact to signed contract.

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, trade shows, and community gatherings.

  • Collaborate closely with estimating, preconstruction, and executive teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to execution.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company growth targets and market dynamics.

  • Stay in tune with industry trends, competitor activity, and upcoming development opportunities.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, communication, and pipeline progress.

Who You Are:

  • A people person through and through—you know how to connect, listen, and build trust.

  • Experienced in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in construction, real estate, or development.

  • Knowledgeable about the Utah multi-family market (or hungry to learn it fast).

  • A natural closer who’s also detail-oriented and strategic.

  • Excellent communicator with polished presentation skills and strong emotional intelligence.

  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with the drive to meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in business development, construction sales, or related experience

  • Experience in the multi-family construction or real estate development space preferred

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or related field a plus
