What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with potential and current clients across the multi-family construction landscape.

Identify new project opportunities, qualify leads, and drive deal flow from initial contact to signed contract.

Represent the company at networking events, conferences, trade shows, and community gatherings.

Collaborate closely with estimating, preconstruction, and executive teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to execution.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company growth targets and market dynamics.

Stay in tune with industry trends, competitor activity, and upcoming development opportunities.

Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, communication, and pipeline progress.
Who You Are:

A people person through and through—you know how to connect, listen, and build trust.

Experienced in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in construction, real estate, or development.

Knowledgeable about the Utah multi-family market (or hungry to learn it fast).

A natural closer who’s also detail-oriented and strategic.

Excellent communicator with polished presentation skills and strong emotional intelligence.

Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with the drive to meet and exceed goals.
Qualifications:

3+ years in business development, construction sales, or related experience

Experience in the multi-family construction or real estate development space preferred

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or related field a plus
