What You’ll Do

• Lead Operations with Impact: Manage the daily flow of office and business operations, ensuring smooth communication between project managers, field crews, leadership, and clients.

• Financial Stewardship: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, job cost reporting, and vendor management to keep projects profitable and on track.

• Support Project Success: Coordinate with construction teams on schedules, documentation, compliance, and contracts.

• Drive Efficiency: Implement and refine office systems, software, and processes that keep both field and office teams running at peak performance.

• Team Champion: Oversee and support administrative staff, encouraging a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.

• Problem Solver: Tackle challenges with creativity and confidence—whether that’s smoothing out scheduling conflicts, clarifying documentation, or supporting leadership on strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Business Manager, Office Manager, or Operations Leader—construction industry experience strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of construction accounting, project management tools, and contract administration.

• Strong financial, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
