Great construction projects don’t just appear. They are built piece by piece, load by load, mile by mile. Our team is looking for a reliable, safety-driven CDL-A Driver who takes pride in moving the materials that keep job sites humming across the Salt Lake Valley.

This role is more than steering a truck from Point A to Point B. It is about precision, responsibility, and protecting the crew around you. The right driver understands that every load delivered safely and on time keeps crews productive and projects on schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing ????

• Safely operate CDL-A commercial vehicles including dump trucks, flatbeds, water trucks, and equipment haulers.

• Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment between yards, vendors, and active job sites.

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.

• Secure loads properly using chains, binders, and straps in compliance with DOT regulations.

• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

• Navigate job sites safely, maintaining awareness of heavy equipment, crews, and changing site conditions.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.

• Support crews when needed with light labor, equipment spotting, or site logistics.

• Uphold all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards without exception.

• Maintain a zero-incident mindset on the road and on job sites

• Follow strict vehicle inspection and maintenance protocols

• Participate in safety meetings and training programs

• Serve as a safety ambassador for the entire construction team

Drivers who consistently demonstrate strong safety performance may qualify for safety recognition and incentive opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license

• Clean driving record and strong commitment to road safety

• 2+ years of commercial driving experience (construction or heavy haul preferred)

• Familiarity with DOT regulations and load securement practices

• Ability to maneuver trucks in tight job site environments

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
