Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in the banking or financial services sector.

• Deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities with a track record of driving organizational growth.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
