What You'll Do

• Develop and expand a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial clients through strategic business development and networking.
• Structure creative lending solutions for middle-market and privately held businesses.
• Build lasting relationships with business owners, executives, attorneys, CPAs, and referral partners.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and credit risk to recommend sound lending decisions.
• Partner closely with credit, treasury management, and banking teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Manage loan relationships throughout the entire lifecycle while providing exceptional client service.
• Stay connected to the Sacramento business community and identify opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending or commercial banking.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and growing a commercial loan portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis and underwriting principles.
• Ability to build trust and become a valued advisor to business clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent commercial banking experience.
