What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Impact:
  Take charge of project delivery, from concept to completion, ensuring innovative planning, design, permitting, and construction support across a variety of critical infrastructure projects like treatment plants, pumping stations, and pipelines.

• Shape Project Success:
  Approve project management structures, build and lead dynamic proposal teams, and guide all aspects of proposal strategy and budgeting. Your leadership will ensure we deliver top-notch projects that exceed client expectations.

• Collaborate & Negotiate:
  Be the face of our projects, negotiating contracts with clients, assembling proposal responses, and presenting winning strategies. You’ll drive team coordination, develop timelines, and secure buy-in from key stakeholders.

• Ensure Design Excellence:
  Review and approve designs, scope, drawings, and cost estimates, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards. You’ll be responsible for refining project strategies and ensuring flawless execution at every stage.

• Build Relationships:
  Lead client meetings and guide design reviews. Your expertise and approachability will help you nurture lasting relationships with clients, solving challenges and driving project success.

• Drive Construction Success:
  Approve schedules, manage budgets, and ensure all aspects of construction progress smoothly. You’ll be on-site to lead with confidence, address concerns, and keep everything on track from start to finish.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• A B.S. degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering and consulting – you know what it takes to deliver success on large-scale projects.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with a knack for creating efficient workflows and maintaining positive relationships with clients and teams.
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills – you're confident in presenting complex ideas and preparing detailed reports.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment where problem-solving is key, and no two days are the same.
• A passion for water and wastewater systems and the drive to innovate, lead, and make an impact.
