We’re on the hunt for a Civil Project Engineer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, and help bring complex civil construction projects to life in the fast-growing Herriman area. What You’ll Be Doing

Think of yourself as the connective tissue between the field, the office, and the bigger vision. You’ll:

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in executing civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking (keeping everything humming along smoothly)
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals with a sharp eye for detail
• Help manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation like a pro
• Track quantities, production, and progress in the field
• Participate in site walks and problem-solving sessions when challenges pop up (and they will—this is construction, after all)
• Ensure projects stay aligned with safety standards, quality expectations, and timelines

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in civil construction or internships that got your boots dusty
• A strong understanding of construction drawings and specs
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A knack for problem-solving and thinking a few steps ahead
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction software is a bonus
• A team-first mindset and willingness to learn from experienced builders
