What You'll Be Doing

As our Civil Project Manager, you'll lead multiple commercial and civil construction projects while ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and owners.
• Leading project meetings and maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.
• Reviewing plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Identifying project risks early and implementing proactive solutions.
• Monitoring quality control and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborating closely with field superintendents to keep work progressing safely and efficiently.
• Negotiating contracts and managing project costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensuring OSHA compliance and promoting a culture where safety is never compromised.
• Building lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing civil construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong experience with site development, grading, utilities, excavation, paving, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction scheduling software and project management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and technical specifications.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration skills.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• A solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to make informed decisions.
