What You’ll Do

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for civil projects including grading, utilities, paving, and infrastructure.

• Manage daily schedules, subcontractors, and crews with a steady, organized approach that keeps productivity high and stress low.

• Review plans, specs, and drawings to ensure work is completed according to design intent and quality standards.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors to maintain progress and resolve challenges in real time.

• Enforce safety, compliance, and environmental regulations across the jobsite.

• Track materials, manpower, and equipment usage—keeping projects efficient and on budget.
