Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Analysis:

    • Identify and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
    • Develop actionable strategies to penetrate new markets and expand business.
  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Actively engage in client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and satisfaction.
    • Develop a portfolio of high-value commercial clients through effective networking and outreach.
  3. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet business goals.
    • Cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
  4. Partnership Development:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to align products and services with client needs.
    • Foster partnerships with industry leaders and other businesses to enhance market presence.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Track and report key performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
    • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and business plans for clients and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, sales, or a related commercial role.
  2. Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive data-informed decisions.
    • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
