What You’ll Do

• Lead the estimating process from takeoff to final bid with accuracy, speed, and a touch of brilliance.

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to develop competitive, complete, and creative bids.

• Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes of work — then turn them into detailed, winning proposals.

• Develop cost models, budgets, and timelines that make sense and make impact.

• Negotiate confidently and communicate clearly with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Stay on top of market pricing, materials, and construction trends to keep every estimate razor-sharp.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience (GC or similar).

• Deep understanding of construction means, methods, and materials.

• Strong command of estimating software and Excel wizardry.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.
