In Boise, relationships matter. Handshakes still mean something. And business is personal because it is built around families, founders, and future generations.
We are seeking a Commercial Lender who understands that banking is more than balance sheets. -
Excellent communication skills and professional presence
Why This Role Is Different
This is not transactional banking. This is legacy banking. You will have the autonomy to build your portfolio thoughtfully, the support of a collaborative credit team, and the opportunity to become a recognizable and trusted figure in the Boise business community.
The compensation is competitive, the incentive plan rewards smart growth, and the culture values teamwork over ego. Here, wins are celebrated together. Success is shared. And relationships last longer than loan terms.
If you want to lend where your neighbors are your clients and your clients become friends, this could be the right next chapter.
