This role is for a lender who enjoys being out in the market, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and structuring smart, well-crafted credit solutions that help local businesses thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, manage, and grow a diverse commercial loan portfolio with a strong focus on relationship banking

• Proactively source new business through referrals, networking, and deep community engagement

• Structure and negotiate commercial loans including C&I, owner-occupied real estate, and investment real estate

• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral to assess credit risk and opportunity

• Prepare and present clear, compelling credit packages for approval

• Partner closely with credit, operations, and leadership to deliver a seamless client experience

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight beyond the transaction

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial lending or relationship management experience

• Strong credit acumen with the ability to balance growth and risk

• A proven track record of portfolio growth and client retention

• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in front of clients and credit committees
