This is a leadership role for someone who thrives where logistics, leadership, and legacy intersect. You’ll oversee large-scale concrete operations across multiple projects, guiding teams, shaping strategy, and ensuring every pour, placement, and finish meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

What You’ll Command

• Lead and oversee all concrete operations across multiple projects, from preconstruction planning through final placement and closeout
• Build, mentor, and elevate high-performing teams including project managers, superintendents, and field crews
• Drive scheduling, sequencing, and production efficiency across complex job sites
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic growth plans for the concrete division
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams to sharpen bids, budgets, and execution strategies
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Troubleshoot challenges in real time, turning obstacles into opportunities with decisive leadership

What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of progressive experience in concrete construction, with proven leadership at a senior level
• Deep expertise in structural concrete, foundations, flatwork, and large-scale commercial or multi-family projects
• A track record of successfully managing multiple crews and complex project portfolios
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Natural leadership presence, equal parts strategist and boots-on-the-ground problem solver
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align teams and inspire performance
• A passion for building, not just projects, but people and processes
