What You’ll Do

• Analyze project plans, specs, and designs to prepare thorough, precise concrete cost estimates.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to capture all project requirements.

• Track material costs, labor rates, and market trends to create competitive, profitable bids.

• Review bids for accuracy and compliance, identifying risks and opportunities.

• Support preconstruction planning and provide input on scheduling, logistics, and constructability.

• Maintain detailed records and reports, continuously refining estimating processes.
