Oversees the building, setting, and aligning concrete forms, placing reinforcement, and pouring caissons, foundations walls, footings, grade beams, etc.

Duties

• Ensure project aligns with company's high-quality standards
• Plan and supervise all work
• Read and interpret plans and specifications, site instructions, blueprints, rough sketches, and all drawings relevant to the buildings structure (including, but not limited to - structural drawings, architectural drawings, mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, and window shop drawings) to determine work activities
• Responsible for planning their portion of the project, order materials, contact crew, and complete daily work reports
• Owns daily safety, quality, and execution for their area of the project
• Client driven and Detail oriented
• Reliable and Team Player
• All other duties as assigned
