We’re seeking a sharp, composed, and highly skilled Concrete Foreman who can take charge with confidence and elevate every pour, finish, and structural detail to a higher standard.

As the cornerstone of our field operations, you’ll direct crews, steward quality, enforce safety, and ensure timelines stay tight. This role demands someone who communicates clearly, solves problems with calm precision, and takes pride in producing concrete work that stands firm—literally and figuratively.

What You’ll Lead & Accomplish

  • Oversee daily concrete operations including forming, placing, finishing, curing, and structural elements.

  • Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials with intention, foresight, and impeccable follow-through.

  • Interpret plans, specifications, and layouts with confidence—translating technical detail into action.

  • Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and efficiency while fostering a productive, motivated crew.

  • Monitor progress, document updates, and troubleshoot field challenges with creativity and decisiveness.

  • Communicate consistently with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to keep workflow aligned.

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work meets or exceeds quality benchmarks and project expectations.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or concrete field leader in the construction industry.

  • Strong understanding of structural concrete, flatwork, foundations, and site prep processes.

  • The ability to read drawings, think three steps ahead, and anticipate needs before they become problems.

  • Leadership that blends accountability, mentorship, and clear direction.

  • Excellent communication skills and the composure to handle evolving jobsite conditions.

  • Commitment to safe practices and a spotless safety culture.
