We are seeking a Concrete Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of complex, high-profile projects in the Salt Lake City area. This role demands a confident professional who can oversee every detail—from pre-construction planning to final pour—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on budget, and on time. You’ll be at the helm of our field teams, working closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to bring projects to life that will shape communities for decades.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multiple concrete construction projects from concept through closeout.

• Develop detailed project schedules, cost projections, and resource plans while keeping a keen eye on quality and efficiency.

• Build strong client relationships and serve as the trusted point of contact, ensuring expectations are exceeded at every stage.

• Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and crews, coordinating all moving parts with precision and foresight.

• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to eliminate risks and uncover opportunities for value engineering.

• Monitor job progress, resolve conflicts, and anticipate challenges before they become problems.

• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and project-specific requirements.

• Drive project profitability while maintaining excellence in craftsmanship and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience managing concrete or self-perform construction projects.

• Strong understanding of concrete means and methods, sequencing, and field execution.

• Skilled communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels—field crews, executives, and clients alike.

• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) and scheduling tools.

• A natural leader who can inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
