We're seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial and structural concrete projects throughout the West Valley City area. What You'll Do

As a Concrete Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from preconstruction through final closeout, ensuring every phase is delivered safely, efficiently, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage multiple commercial and structural concrete projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and production timelines.
• Lead project planning meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field leadership.
• Oversee contracts, purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure field operations remain productive and efficient.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material procurement to support project schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners.
• Review drawings and specifications while proactively identifying constructability concerns.
• Resolve project challenges before they become costly delays.
• Track progress against milestones and provide accurate reporting to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and quality control procedures.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other developing professionals.
• Participate in project turnover meetings and ensure successful project closeout.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys bringing complex projects together.

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial concrete construction.
• Strong understanding of structural concrete, foundations, slabs, tilt-up, parking structures, podium decks, or cast-in-place concrete.
• Experience managing projects ranging from several million dollars to large-scale commercial developments.
• Proven success managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project financials.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and project scheduling software.
• Experience with Sage, Viewpoint, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent industry experience is valued.
• Valid driver's license and ability to visit multiple project sites throughout the region.
