If concrete had a conductor, you’d be waving the baton. In the Valley of the Sun, where schedules bake in triple digits and skylines rise from rebar skeletons, we’re looking for a Concrete Project Manager who can turn plans into polished slabs and chaos into choreography.

What You’ll Do

Run the Show (Without Losing Your Cool):
Lead commercial and multi-family concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owners like a well-oiled cement mixer.

Budget Boss:
Build, track, and protect project budgets. Manage costs, forecasts, change orders, and billing with the sharp eye of someone who knows every yard counts.

Schedule Whisperer:
Create and maintain project schedules that keep forming, pouring, curing, and finishing moving in rhythm. When timelines tighten, you tighten the plan.

Quality Champion:
Ensure all work meets specs, tolerances, and expectations. Flat floors, clean finishes, tight layouts. You care about the details because details hold buildings up.

Safety First, Always:
Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards. In the Phoenix heat, hydration plans and proactive hazard management are non-negotiable.

Relationship Builder:
Work closely with owners, GCs, field teams, and vendors. You build trust as solidly as you build foundations.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of concrete project management experience

• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, foundations, slabs, post-tension, tilt-up, and site concrete

• Proven ability to manage projects in the $5M–$25M+ range

• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools

• A working knowledge of local building codes and practices in Phoenix, AZ

• Clear communication skills and a sense of humor when the pump truck decides to test everyone’s patience
