Build the Skyline. Lead the Charge.

If concrete is your craft and leadership is your calling, this is where the two collide—in the best way possible. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who doesn’t just manage projects, but orchestrates them like a master builder shaping the bones of a city. From foundations to structural frames, your work will quite literally support everything that comes after.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role with a respected and growing contractor in the Salt Lake City market—where your experience, instincts, and leadership will drive complex concrete projects from concept through completion.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead multiple concrete construction projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and above expectations
  • Oversee all phases of project execution including preconstruction, estimating support, scheduling, procurement, and closeout
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Drive project financial performance—cost control, forecasting, change management, and profitability
  • Collaborate with field teams and Superintendents to ensure seamless execution and alignment
  • Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across every jobsite
  • Mentor and develop junior PMs and project engineers, leaving a legacy of stronger teams behind you

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of experience in concrete construction project management (structural, flatwork, tilt-up, or similar)
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, complex concrete scopes
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk like a pro
  • Exceptional communication skills—you can talk shop in the field and strategy in the boardroom
  • A solutions-first mindset with the ability to navigate challenges without losing momentum
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)

Why This Role Hits Different

  • High-visibility projects that shape the Salt Lake skyline
  • A leadership team that values autonomy, trust, and results—not micromanagement
  • Strong pipeline of work, offering stability and growth
  • Competitive compensation with bonus potential
  • A culture where your voice matters and your impact is seen

The Bottom Line

This isn’t just another PM role—it’s a chance to take the lead on meaningful concrete work, guide teams, and leave your mark on projects that stand for decades. If you’re ready to pour your expertise into something bigger, this is your foundation.
