What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on construction equipment and vehicles
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues
• Diagnose equipment problems and recommend effective solutions
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shop environment
• Complete repairs on heavy equipment, machinery, and fleet vehicles
• Keep accurate maintenance records and communicate repair needs with field teams
• Work closely with operators and project teams to minimize downtime
• Ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment, heavy machinery, or diesel equipment
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• A commitment to quality, safety, and doing the job right the first time
• Comfortable working with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair manuals
• Welding, fabrication, hydraulic, or electrical experience is a plus
