Contracts Manager
Location: Roseville, CA
Compensation: $120,000+ (commensurate with experience)

You’ll steward the full lifecycle of contracts that support the bank’s growth, partnerships, and regulatory integrity, ensuring every agreement is sound, strategic, and built to last.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and maintaining a wide range of banking and financial services agreements.

Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Procurement, Finance, and business leaders to ensure contracts align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by clearly explaining contractual terms, risks, and obligations in practical business language.

Lead negotiations with vendors, service providers, and strategic partners to achieve favorable outcomes while protecting the bank’s interests.

Maintain organized contract repositories and ensure timely renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Identify contractual risks and proactively recommend solutions that balance compliance, efficiency, and business objectives.

Support audits, regulatory reviews, and examinations by providing accurate contract documentation and insights.

Continuously improve contract management processes, templates, and controls to enhance consistency and scalability.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of contracts management experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or a regulated industry.

Strong understanding of contract law principles, vendor agreements, and regulatory considerations in financial services.

Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to see the broader business picture.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact at all levels of the organization.

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
