Are you a strategic dealmaker with a passion for real estate? We’re seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lender to join our team in the heart of San Antonio. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with real estate developers, investors, and business leaders to structure financing that powers the city's next big projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Originate, structure, and close complex CRE loans across sectors such as multifamily, industrial, office, and retail

• Manage and grow a robust portfolio of CRE clients while building long-term relationships

• Analyze market trends, property financials, and borrower creditworthiness to recommend sound lending decisions

• Collaborate with internal credit, underwriting, and legal teams to ensure smooth deal execution

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering financing solutions tailored to their investment goals

• Represent the bank at industry events, networking with brokers, developers, and investors

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in CRE lending, loan origination, or real estate finance

• Deep understanding of commercial property types, real estate valuation, and underwriting fundamentals

• Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills

• A well-established network in the San Antonio real estate market (or ability to build one fast)

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field; MBA or CCIM is a plus
