You will be entrusted with managing some of the region’s most exciting CRE opportunities, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals while balancing risk, compliance, and profitability.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with impact: Oversee and manage a robust commercial real estate lending and investment portfolio, ensuring high performance, asset quality, and market growth.

• Drive growth & opportunity: Identify, structure, and negotiate CRE loans and financing solutions across diverse property types—including multifamily, industrial, office, and retail.

• Build lasting partnerships: Develop deep client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands the nuances of market dynamics, investment opportunities, and financial strategies.

• Be a market expert: Stay ahead of economic trends, competitive activities, and real estate cycles in Boise, Spokane, and the broader Pacific Northwest to seize opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Mentor & collaborate: Lead a high-performing team while working closely with credit, underwriting, and executive leadership to craft innovative and sustainable CRE solutions.

• Balance risk & reward: Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while strategically expanding the portfolio with prudent, profitable growth.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven leader in Commercial Real Estate lending, portfolio management, or investments, ideally with 10+ years of progressive experience.

• Strong financial acumen and expertise in structuring complex CRE deals.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire confidence across clients, colleagues, and leadership teams.

• A strategic mindset paired with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute.

• Deep knowledge of the Boise/Spokane CRE markets—or a proven track record of adapting quickly to new markets.
